1. In which way does psychological negativity affect our body? You are inside there, inside your body, looking out through your eyes, and things happen around you.It is you who decides what to think, what to feel, and how to respond to these conditions. The “you” who is doing this deciding is what we are calling your consciousness. The way you choose to respond – and there is always a choice – can leave you in balance, or canleave you with stress. When it leaves you with stress, you are out of balance in your consciousness. There is tension in your consciousness about something happening in your life at that time.If the tension reaches a certain level of intensity, it can result in a symptom on the physical level. Thesymptom speaks a language, and this language reflects the idea that we create our reality, and pointsto what we consider to be the inner cause to the symptom.2. How can people overcome their depression, particularly a justified one in "Χ" easy steps? Isthat possible?I work with the idea that everything is possible. Otherwise, from the beginning, you decide you are alimited being with limited possibilities and in fact, we are unlimited beings with unlimited abitilites. If you have a symptom, that symptom on the physical level began with and reflected a certaintension in your consciousness about what was happening in your life at the time the symptom beganor was detected.By seeing things from this point of view, you can take responsibility for the symptom. This is about responsibility without guilt. It’s not about beating yourself up about having created thesymptom – it’s about understanding that if you decided to think in a certain way that created thesymptom, then deciding to think differently can be part of releasing the symptom. It’s strictlymechanics – cause and effect. It is an empowering point of view. When you take responsibility for the symptom, you put yourself in the driver’s seat. You are nolonger the victim, with things happening to you that you can do nothing about. You can do somethingabout it by changing your mind about something, by choosing another way of thinking or acting, which can have the effect of releasing the stress in your consciousness that had been associated withthe symptom. You have various options in terms of releasing the tensions in your consciousness:A. If you recognize that you had created a belief (“ Men are not to be trusted,” or, “I’ll neverfind love,” for example) you can make a different decision (THAT man is not to be trusted,” or, “Loveis all around. I just need to recognize it,” for example).B. You can change the situation so that it is no longer stressful for you. For example, if yourhome doesn’t feel safe, ask yourself what you can do to make it safe, etc.C. You can change the way you look at the situation. Re-frame it. Seeing it in a new light canchange your attitude toward it, and the stress can be released in that way. For example, if it lookedas though the love had not been there, you can replay the situation, adding the missing ingredient. How would it look if you knew you were loved? It will then make sense in a different way.D. Leave the situation, so that you are not in the middle of something every day that you arenot happy with. Own your freedom and your power to decide for yourself what to do and how to liveyour life.

3. Is it also possible that one may remain quite indifferent to the social suffering (defined as thewhole assemblege of human problems), namely unaffected, and go on with his/her life asusual? We are all connected and we each are an energy system amongst other energy systems, so we canfeel what the other are feeling. But, in order to stay functional in your life or as a healer, you shouldfind a place in your consciousness where you can become the observer, beyond the emotions. Youcan be objective about what you see and decide clearly what you can do in order to help people. Youbecome more compassionate, feeling the suffering of the other but not trapped emotionnally, lovingmore and more each and every living being, having an understanding why such things happen inrelation with what people has energised in their consciousness.4. There are people facing rather severe health problems. Can you honestly help them tosuccessflully overcome them? In which way?We work with the idea that anything can be healed. Healing is a co-creation between two creators, ifthe subject is afraid to let go of old ideas, the mere fact that they are holding on to them candiminish your effectiveness as a healer, and the healing will have less of a tendancy to happen. Ofcourse, if the healer has some limited ideas of what they are able to do, there will be also resistancefor the manifestation. There is a possibility for healing any symptom at all. We work with the ideathat every symptom begins with stress in the consciousness. When the person is able to release thestress, the symptom can be healed.5. Nicholas A. Christakis stated: "You would think that your emotional state would depend onyour own choices and actions and experience, but it also depends on the choices and actionsand experiences of other people, including people to whom you are not directly connected.Happiness is contagious". Would you agree to that?It depends on the level you look at things. If you look from the level of the crown chakra, seeingyourself as the « I am », the only creator, the dreamer dreaming the dream, you decide what´shappening in your own consciousness and you create what´s happening around you, you are thedirector of the movie and the other people are playing in your movie for your benefit. So, from thislevel, you create your own happiness and it doesn´t depend on what's happening outside.Another point of view is looking at things from the level of the brow chakra, the Spirit. From thislevel, you see yourself as a Spirit in a physical body creating your reality around you and you can seeeach other being as a Spirit in their body, creating their reality around them. The place where all thecreations of the different Spirits meet create a three dimensional hologram we have decided to callthe external physical reality. From this point of view, you can be affected by the other choices and actions if you decide to beaffected by them consciously or « unconsciously » or you can affect the other people in the sameway. When you radiate happiness, you will have a positive effect on those around you and you will havemore a tendancy to notice and attract these experiences, creating even more happiness.
